Deposits & Withdrawals

bbd89 supports the most widely used mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh. The same methods apply for both deposits and withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.

Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is submitted, bbd89 verifies it and generally completes the process within 1 hour. However, in special circumstances — such as when account verification is ongoing or unusual activity is suspected — additional time may be required. bbd89 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on bbd89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no foreign currency conversion.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

bbd89 offers bonuses and promotions for new and existing players from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the original deposited funds. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed to withdraw the bonus funds.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed once only.
• A bonus applies only to the account through which eligibility was obtained.
• bbd89 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of bonuses may result in account cancellation.
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled once a promotional offer expires.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion details.

Gaming Rules

VIP Tiers

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Tier Change Conditions

Reaching and maintaining a higher tier depends on your consistent gaming activity. You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. Extended inactivity may result in a return to a previous tier.

Cashback Payments

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, notify the support team in writing. All ongoing bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any eligible balance will be returned.

Closure by bbd89

bbd89 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or failing KYC verification.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

Balance Refund Policy

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, any balance earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Bonus funds will be cancelled in all cases. Whether the original legitimately deposited funds are returned will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability
